i.mx7d network switch

Hi All,

is there any experience in using the two imx7 lan ports as a network switch?

When running Linux on the i.MX7D processor, its two Ethernet controllers appear as a separate eth devices. Then, you can bridge them in software using some common Linux methods, e.g. as described here:

There is nothing special regarding to i.MX. You can run Linux on i.MX7D and configure it as Ethernet switch.
