2.how to know the eMMC work mode,is there any command in linux?

  please use the following tool (RealView .inc sheet) for memory configuring

  i.MX6ULL_DDR3_Script_Aid 

Also, please look at

ODT setting for i.MX6UL 

2.

  as for eMMC - please use mmc-utils to check and change eMMC configuration.
