In the IMX6ULLCEC (Rev. 1.1, 05/2017)document，there is a table below:

But in the Rev. 0, 09/2016,there is a table below:

About VDD_SOC_IN,one's condition is 900Mhz,another is 528MHz,but the Max Current is the same,that is correct?

Futhermore,in the IMX6ULLIEC document,I can not find the 900MHz version,is there i.mx6ull 900Mhz industry version?

these numbers are very rough estimation, just for reference according to

AN5345 Table 4. Dhrystone benchmark measurement results: 157mA@528MHz

 Cortex-A7 core power consumption is 100uW/MHz 

You are right, there is no industrial 900MHz grade, just 800MHz: MCIMX6Y2CVM08AA
