i.mx6 solo cannot get Temperature

Temperature:   can't get valid data!

CPU: Freescale i.MX6 family TO1.1 at 792 MHz

Thermal sensor with ratio = 187

Temperature:   23 C, calibration data 0x5a14e77d

Is it chip bug?

one can calibrate sensor using AN4215 i.MX6 Temperature Sensor Module

http://www.nxp.com/assets/documents/data/en/application-notes/AN5215.pdf 

as mentioned in Table 7 attached Release Notes

Freescale decided to drop the pre-production TO1.0 chip support.
