My project is using i.mx287, it can boot from a 1Gbit NAND flash (MT29F1G08ABADA), but not boot from a 8Gbit NAND flash(MT29F8G08ABABAWP) , they all follow the ONFI NAND Flash Protocol, I don't know where is the problem, is the NAND page size, block size or other parameters? Can you give me some suggestions,or recommend me a 8Gbit NAND flash that the i.mx287 can boot from?

Yes, actually there is a problem with the MT29F8G08ABABAWP, it should work (it writes but has a problem with UBI FS).
