i.mx25 How can I confirm that the core enters wait mode

I am using i.mx25 cpu for our product.

Now I sent WFI command to enter wait mode for CPU.

But I can't confirm that the core entered wait mode.

How can I check it?

Is there a specific register for checking?

  I am afraid there are no explicit indicators of core wait mode.

Nevertheless, You may look at section 15.4.3.2 (Power Modes)

about some details.
