i.MX8M series LPDDR4 Max Density

What is the MAX density of LPDDR4 of i.MX8M? My understanding it can only perform up to 4GB.

Can it perform LPDDR4 8GB (expandable to 32GB)?

If it can perform LPDDR4 8GB, which are the i.MX8 series that able to propose?
