Hello, According to the IMX8MMRM.pdf clause 5.4.6, hardware will do 1 point calibration (software can do 2 points calibration). In this ase, are the temperature values at these 2 points eFUSE in the product test process? Is there some register like OCOTP_ANA1 of IMX6? How to confirm TE1 at 25 Celsius, and TE2 at 85 Celsius? In other words, how to calculate DC offset at room temperature(25 Celsius) and high temperature(85 Celsius)?

Hi Yuri,

Thank you for your reply.

I was able to confirm the value stored in the fuses at address 0x3035_04F0 (bank 3 word 3).

[7:0] was the raw value at 25C(TE1) and [15:8] was the raw value at 85C(TE2).

BTW, Register OCOTP_HW_OCOTP_ANA1 (0x3035_04F0) is explained in RM(Rev.2 08/2019),
but it was deleted in RM(Rev.3 11/2020). What is the reason?

Best regards,

Tori-san.
