i.MX8 h.264 encoder bit rate

I have a question about H.264 encoder in i.MX8.
 
According to the reference manual(Table 15-8) of i.MX8MMini, the bit rate is as below.
Minimum: 10kbps
Maximum: 40 Mbps at 1080p 60 fps
 
How about is it in i.MX8 ?

refer to the imx8qm data sheet, for encoder, imx8QM supports up to 1080p@30,should be the 20M bps, no data for min

i.MX8 QM B0 supports two HW encoders each one associated to a Cortex-M0. Each HW encoder is capable of encoding 1x H.264 1080p30 or 2x H.264 720p30.
