i.MX6UL u-boot doesn't recognize eMMC 5.1

Hi all,

on our custom board with i.MX6UL and eMMC 5.1, the bootloader doesn't recognize the eMMC.

The bootloader is loaded in serial download mode with the imx_usb_loader tool.

In uboot the following answers are shown:

mmc info => no card present

mmc dev 1 => Card did not respond to voltage select

The eMMC schematic is the same as in i.MX6UL EVK.

The u-boot is made with fsl-arm-yocto-bsp (mx6ul_14x14_evk).

Has u-boot to be modified working with eMMC 5.1?

is emmc working in linux or freertos (for example booting from other media like sd):
