i.MX6D BSDL File for Boundary Scan Test

Hello, my Request is if it's possible to Download the BSDL file por a i.MX6D device, the Specific device name is MCIMX6D6AVT08AB. The main propose is to create the Boundary Scan Advanced Test for ICT station and improve the ICT test coverage.

If there is any special site or request to do, I wolul like to know how to apply.

Thanks a lot for the shared BSDL, but I'm looking for the MCIMX6D6AVT08AB that is a iMX6 Dual, but the Automotive processor. So when I try to test the device, I found some errors respecting the BSDL.

The first Error is the IDCODE is different respecting the Expected IDCODE.

Actual: 00100001100100011110000000011101

And then the Boundary Register Length is higher than the expected length. with 3 Boundary cells of diference.

So the BSDL that I'm working is the "MX6DL_TO1.1.bsdl" that is for Dual Lite Processor, but I'm working with the Dual Automorive Processor. and I need the correct BSDL to perform the Tests.

Hello. 

I'm using the BSDL file for iMX6 Dual that you saher in the previous response, but maybe this BSDL is not the correct BSDL for the uC of Automotive use. I'm testing the MCIMX6D6AVT08AB with the x1149, and the expected IDCODE and Boundary Register Length are wrong.

I'm using the BSDL "MX6DL_TO1.1.bsdl" But I think this is for the "Dual Lite", and I need the Dual Core but Automotive Processor BSDL.

Here are the results of the Integrity Test:
