i.MX6 Solo : How to enable CPU FREQ 1GHz

Hello,

I'd like to make i.MX6 Solo to run at 1GHz using  i.MX6 DL SabreSD

I bitbaked a solo image with 3.14.28_1.0.0 sdk.

Then run it in i.MX6 DL SabreSD.

However I can't get 1GHz OPP in time_in_state.

cat /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/stats/time_in_state

396000 43616

792000 155597

The kernel is using imx6dl-sabresd.dtb which has following settins in imx6dl.dtsi.

fsl,soc-operating-points = <

                /* ARM kHz  SOC-PU uV */

                996000    1175000

                792000    1175000

                396000    1175000

How can I enable 1GHz for i.MX 6 Solo with i.MX 6 DL SabreSD?
