Hi,

I have a question pin output setting.

When a port is  output mode, it means OBE is enabled or functional output, is it possible to enable keeper or pull up/down resistor? 

In application note, AN5078, there is a description below.

The keeper device is able to keep the previous output value when the output driver is disabled.

I apologize, but I do not understand what you want to your question.  However, if you want to know if it is possible to enable/disable the keeper. Yes, it is possible.

Thank you for the answer.

I also think it is strange. I asked customer why pullup/down is required in output mode, but no answer, yet.

Anyway, I understand pullup/down  and keeper can enable regardless input and output mode.
