MEM_TRIM_LOCK: Trimming fuses. Burned on the tester or by customer before the final product shipment.

What is the meaning of "Trimming fuses"?

trimming fuses are used on factory for adjusting internal electrical characteristics

needed for programming.

By 'factory' you mean NXP or you mean any vendor that distributes i.MX6 based boards?
