i.MX53 DDR Memory Controller and SPD EEPROM

Hello,

I am using an iMX535 with two micron DDR3 modules (MT41K512M16HA). My question is related to the memory controller on the iMX53. 

Does the iMX535 memory controller have the ability to read / implement the settings stored in the SPD (serial presence detect) EEPROM on the DDR3 module?
