Question was recently asked about how to connect SDRAM to i.MX35. All the Freescale tools seem to use DDR so I can see how an example would be good for a cost sensitive design. Poof. Here it is, a nice example on how to make the hardware connections. This should be the same for i.MX25 but due to some differences in the i.MX signal names and EMI pin muxing, it will probably vary slightly.
