i.MX28 WDT reset rarely failed

Hi,
I tested i.MX28 WDT reset then I found boot failure around once per 500~1000 times.

Observed conditions were as following:
     * Kept on supply 5V to VDD5V
     * Internal LDO outputs droped 1.5 to 1.1@VDDD, 1.5 to1.1V@VDDA and 3.3 to 3.1V@VDDIO.
     * No charactor or no error message sent to the console.
     * GPIO kept initial state

Can anyone explain what happend?  

I couldn't find such errata. It looks stack at on the way to boot up.
In fact some articles in community reported WDT issue via Power down such as

Will anyone please let me know how to avoid this?

it's hard to distinguish between software or hardware problem.

Is it possible for you to test it with current Mainline Kernel and current U-Boot?
