how to set the efuse (OTP) with jtag

I would like to set efuse(OTP) with Jtag(DS-5) on the IMX6Q custom Board.

is it possible ?

If possible, let me know how to set the value..

using jtag scripts, please use Chapter 25 Configuring the OCOTP Driver

Our purpose is to live our custom board from SD memory.

- boot mode settings is possible,

- there are no pins (BT_CFG1_0~7, BT_CFG2_0~7,BT_CFG3_0~7, BT_CFG4_0~7) so it is impossible for boot by GPIO.

- there is no otg USB.

Aa a result, we have to live our custom board with JTAG(Dstream)

I don't have the jtag script..

would you explain to me in detail?
