how to install linaro toolchain

Iam having wandboard dual core and need to compile Linux.

Could any help me how to install Linaro toolchain in ubuntu 12.10 and set it as default CC

Have you look at this page: http://www.wandboard.org/index.php/downloads ?

I think what you need is all in the Linux Sourcecode SDK<http://www.wandboard.org/images/downloads/wandboard-sdk-20130208.tar.xz>. Also, yocto now supports wandboards (right @otavio_salvador?), which is the another way to get up and running a board.
