one can try with:

gst-launch-1.0 -v udpsrc ! application/x-rtp ! rtph264depay ! vpudec ! kmssink
gst-launch-1.0 -v udpsrc ! application/x-rtp ! rtpjitterbuffer ! rtph264depay !  queue ! vpudec ! queue ! kmssink
