frequency lower at high temperature - imx6

hi all,

i add some work with  imx6 and  ddr stress test,

the test failed in high temperature above 80 c and i think it's because of the change in the cpu frequency.

i nodes that there is 2 threshold:

passive & critical, and i'm sure i worked above the passive threshold - 80.  

i would like to know what is the specific value of the frequency cpu in this mode?

(when the cpu decided to change the frq)

i like to get some table that show frq VS temp

cpu frequency changing behaviour is described in

AN4579 i.MX 6 Series Thermal Management Guidelines

https://www.nxp.com/docs/en/application-note/AN4579.pdf 

Failures at higher temperatures may mean that the drive strength is too low
and the signals may not rise/fall fast enough.
