epdc convert a picture to *.c file

hi nxp fae,

    I have a imx7dsabre board and a IMXEBOOKDC4 .

somefile like "fsl_rgb_480x360.c" is include In the "mxc_epdc_v2_fb_test.c" file.as follow

#include "ginger_rgb_800x600.c"
#include "fsl_rgb_480x360.c"
#include "colorbar_rgb_800x600.c"

Is there any  tool can convert a picture to *.c file.
