I recently started working on yocto with imx6ul.
There are a number of "blobs" which contain no working procedure (I know of) to recreate.
There is nothing about how to construct the bootbomb (which works, but I'd like to know how to recreate it)
In my yocto tree, there's a binary blob:
work/cortexa9hf-neon-mx6qdl-poky-linux-gnueabi/firmware-imx/1_5.4-r0/firmware-imx-5.4/git/uboot/u-boot.imx
which does what I want (run u-boot in SDM). It has instructions which don't seem to work (the initial command
git clone http://git.freescale.com/git/cgit.cgi/imx/uboot-imx.git
hangs, and it has instructions for "brillo OS" (any reason it can't work with the cross compiler on ubuntu 16.04 arm-linux-gnueabihf-gcc?)
