camera frame rate is too low.

Hi guys,

I have concern about cemera performance especially frame rate. I am using UVC(USB Video Class), but I think it doesn't matter.

My board has a frame rate problem, but freescale reference board doesn't.

when camera app is launched, it also take a long time and frame rate is too low. I have used same camera app with my board and freescale board. It is not related with camera app.

I have suspicious logs from dmesg, I have no idea where I should debug some of functions. Please let me guide.

I have completed DDR test tools, in my understanding while in tool running, tools are trying to write DDR parameters to DDR.

If so, Could let me know how to rewrite a default DDR parameters to my DDR?

My SOC is imx6qp.

I am using Kernel_4.14.98, and u-boot source has plugin.s that includes ddr_setting.

Is there any need for me to calculate my ddr parameter?

I had already the ddr test results with DDR tools, but I don't know how to adapt them to my device.

Is there any no need to update ddr test results to my device? Or, let guide me in detail.

If your camera is tested with EVB from NXP and it doesn´t seem to be wrong, then you must checked the DDR connections and do:
