bootcount support on imx6

Hi, 

     I am working on wandboard imx6 dual, I wanted to know if there is support for uboot bootcount feature. When I defined #CONFIG_BOOTCOUNT_LIMIT in wandboard.h it is giving me compilation error "config_bootcount_limit error required section '.rel.plt' not found in the linker script" .
