Hi, I have rs port in my device witch android. Port in device is local socket. How can I blocked install externall app from this socket ?

Do you mean that you have wired network interface and you need to disable applications installation over this port?
You can disable http and https from this interface with firewall settings.
Or you can disable not whole http(s) but only the addresses like play.google.com.
This way you stop Google Play to work.
