Which register should I control to turn on the PMIC_ON_REQ pin when the SNVS power supply is first turned on?

Please tell me how to distinguish the following two states with software.
・ SNVS power supply turned on first
・ Start with ONOFF pin

Hello,

  i.MX PMIC_ON_REQ is  asserted after VDD_SNVS_IN (SNVS power supply is first turned on).

When VDD_SNVS_IN is present the ONOFF controls PMIC_ON_REQ.
