Windows Embedded Compact 7 i.MX6 Find Applications Core

I am using the Freescale SABRE MCIMX6Q-SD and Windows Embedded Compact 7 that is running two Qt applications.

Is there a way to determine within the software how many cores the OS is utilizing?

Is there a way to determine which core my applications are being executed on?

Is there a way to start my application and assign it to specific core?
