Which instruction level analysis tool?

Hell all,

I order to optimise a bunch of critical VFP/NEON code I need a tool to analyse what's happening at a low level when my code is running. I'd like a tool who can tell me how much cycles I've been stalled, show be the pipeline content maybe, if I have cache miss, and that sort of data.

Does anyone knows if such a tool is available somewhere?
