Where is ddr related code in codebase？

     I want to know,on Freescale platform, the path about DDR related code in its codebase, have some specific c files for DDR such as initialization? If have ,plz give me some path,3Q!

ddr initialization is performed in file

uboot/board/freescale/mx6q_sabresd/flash_header.S
