What is the difference between the android AUTO version and the android Standard version

What is the difference between the android AUTO version and the android Standard version?The same IMX8QM MEK board cannot be displayed on the ATUO version, while the standard version can be displayed normally.What is the difference between them, system differences or different requirements for hardware?

Hello Yuelin,

They are complete different packages,. the code from Google for the Android Auto, has different Services that, Android Classic,  so even they have some similarities and use the same HAL, the configuration and setup, it is change because they are for different targets, and the i.MX8 family, has not been release yet, so the Android Classic it is the only BSP that has been fully tested.

What does EVS mean in the imx8 demo with or without EVS?Because when I use the auto version of android, the android without EVS can run normally, while the android with EVS does not display the output, but the serial port can enter the console.The board version is imx8qm mek, and the android version is android p9.0.0_1.0.2_auto_beta.Thank you very much!
