What is the difference between MCIMX6Q6 and MCIMX6Q4 device ?

I am using a Nitrogen6X board from Boundary devices. Can someone tell the difference between MCIMX6Q6 and MCIMX6Q4 device ?

Hi,

The differences are basically the inclusion of VPU. The Q6 parts include VPU and GPU, while the Q4 parts include GPU but no VPU. You can find these details on Table 1 of section 1.1 “Ordering information” of IMX6DQAEC Datasheet:
