What file can i find for change memory density?

My configure below..

YOCTO

i.mx6dlsabresd

When i download image with MFGTOOLS, stop download .

Then I think memory density of our board is different  from i.mx6dl sdk board.

So.. I want to change memory density from original value.(maybe 2048MB? anyway..)

What file can i find for change memory density?

Hi Han

it is necessary to run ddr test, then enter new settings

to uboot *.cfg file and rebuild mfg tools

uboot../mx6sabresd/mx6dlsabresd.cfg
