We are not able see any gpio in /sys/class/gpio/export for imx8x (MiMX8QX6AVLFZAC)

When we try to do a ls on /sys/class/gpio it shows empty.

We have attached dmesg log.

We also included the libgpiod in the local.conf file.

IMAGE_INSTALL:append = " libgpiod"

When we try to issue "gpiodetect" it shows unknown command

Please help us to access /sys/class/gpio  or libgpiod ?

Based on your information the problem could be that you are not setting the device tree properly. Please have a look at the following link. Here you will find how to correctly set the device tree to use a GPIO.
