WARP7 can not output 3.3V

I'm using a WARP7.

But when I check 3.3V with volmeter & led light.

I do not see any signal

- How can WARP7 output 3.3V ? (Software / hardware)

- is it broken ? (i'm just buy a new one)

please look at board schematic and identify how this voltage is produced

I read these file for times.

I think there is hardware problem.

You can check again if you have a warp7

About board forum, i will ask & check there too.
