Power-on sequence Is it okay to input a voltage below the input voltage range level of the power port before the sequence?

There is a power supply pin with a voltage of 1V or less, so I would like to check if there is a problem without taking any measures.

It is not allowed to have a voltage.
Accrodingly to Power-Up Sequence described in the DataSheet VDD_SNVS_IN supply must be turned on before any other power supply.
