I have a I.MX 53 QSB board.
It seems that Ubuntu had a preinstalled desktop image for Ubuntu 11.10 and 12.04 for the I.MX 53.

Ubuntu 11.10

Ubuntu 12.04
Freescale i.MX5x (Hard-Float) preinstalled desktop image

http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/releases/12.04/release/ubuntu-12.04-preinstalled-desktop-armhf+mx5.img.gz
However, since Ubuntu version 12.10 it seems the pre-installed image doesn't exist anymore.

There is no "ubuntu-12.10-preinstalled-desktop-armhf+mx5.img.gz" ?
However, I see the omap4 armhf file..
My question is:
Does anybody know, why the support for the I.MX 5 is not part of the official Ubuntu release anymore ?
Where can I get the latest Ubuntu rootfs for the I.MX 53 (or I.MX 6) ?
Thanks
