Tool for programming imx6 sololite

hi,

     I am trying to interface imx6 sololite processor with sonsor modules from freescale (i am not usin the evk boards). Can anyone tel me which tool/IDE is used for programming and simulating in order to check if the written code is correct or not.

Generally  GNU toolchain may be applied.

You may try using use CodeSourcery (Mentor) toolchain (under Windows or Linux host).

Next, ARM RealView and DS-5 support i.MX6.
