Time model for the MCIMX6S7CVM08AC

Hello NXP,
I am trying to simulate printed circuit board DDR3l with yours controller (MCIMX6S7CVM08AC) and memory (MT41K512M16HA-125IT Micron) in HyperLynx. To run DDRx Batch Simulation i need time model of MCIMX6S7CVM08AC. Where can i find this model or time characteristics for this controller (Supply voltage 1.35 V, DDR3l)? Should I use JEDEC standarts for this?
