TVE - S-Video

I'm working on a design using the i.MX535 and would like to use the TV Encoder outputs as S-Video. Reading thru the documentation it is not clear to me which TVDAC outputs should be used. The datasheet pinouts only indicate TVDAC_IOR, IOG, and IOB for VGA mode.

In which document can I find the pinouts for S-Video Chroma and Luma outputs?

If I understand the table correctly, shown below, the pin labeled TVDAC_IOR would be Chroma (C) and TVDAC_IOG would be Luma (Y)? TVDAC_IOB is unused or could be composite video.

Hi,

For TVOUT, there is no extra circuitry required. Refer to Tale No 73-3 TVE output data.

You need to change the only operating mode and you can use the single channel of VGA connector as reference circuit 75ohm driving capability. There may be additional passive circuit may be needed to match 75E impedance.
