Connecting 8-bit NAND Flash Memory to i.MX535

Hi,

Which Byte (NAND_DA[15..8] or NAND_DA[7..0]) should be used to interface a 8-bit NAND Flash memory to i.MX535?

Use LSB to interface 8bit.

NAND_DA[7..0] should be used for 8 Bit and all 0...15 bits for 16 bit NAND Flash.
