Sabre-DDR3 M7 and T7 balls connect to IMX6

Hello.

I´m checking the squematic of Sabre board and the datasheet MT41K128M16JT and i see the M7,T7 balls conect to IMX6, but the MT41K128M16JT datasheet this balls are "NC".

Why are they connected?

Hi Jose

this is done for compatibility with design with larger memories

(pinout is standard). In general one can solder memory chip with larger memory size.
