Hi All,

I am looking for a System-on-Module / System-on-chip that has  32-bit static memory interface (or 32-bit parallel bus) in order to  read 32-bit data from external FIFO (SN74V3690). I used LH79524 before and wonder if there is a similar one?

I have been looking at iMX6 and iMX7 but most of them only has 16-bit static memory interface.

I'm really new into this area so please kindly advise.

Thank you,

Hello,

i.MX6 EIM supports 8 / 16 / 32 Bit data port for Non Multiplexed Address / Data Mode, and

16 / 32 Bit Multiplexed Address / Data mode. Use "EIM multiplexing" table in i.MX6 RM(s).

Have a great day,

Yuri.
