The microSD card slots don't support voltage switching, so the max clock rate is 50MHz (x4 bits), for a nominal bandwidth of 200Mb/s.
We have hardware in place on Nitrogen6_Max for voltage switching, but have not yet implemented the negotiation and voltage switch.
