Requirements for oscilloscope to measure DDR signals & PCIE signals of i.MX6Q hardware ?

Hi All,

I'm searching an oscilloscope to measure DDR signals integrity, PCIE signals eye diagram and impedance of those signal traces. Could you please suggest the specifications of any oscilloscope to measure those qualities. Do we need the TDR functionality for those experiments ?

Could you please suggest me any type of a oscilloscope to do above testings ?

In following document we can see you have used Tektronix MSO72004C for experiments. Could you please give me a description for required bandwidth for DDR signals and PCIE signals measurements ?

Hello Peter Amond,

We do not have a document covering the requirements for DDR and PCIe measuring in detail. There are some documents online that have some charts that may be of help, like slide 49 (page 25) of the following document from an outside source:
