The above reply is for the i.MX6solo product. I see your product part num is MCIMX6X4EVM10AB, you are using the i.MX6SoloX, about the i.MX6SoloX reference design you can download https://www.nxp.com/webapp/sps/download/preDownload.jsp .

You can refer to the rerence design MCIMX6DL-SDP, the i.MX6Solo design is similar with i.MX6DL. You can download the Reference Design File here https://www.nxp.com/webapp/sps/download/preDownload.jsp .
