Reliability of i.MX8

I was searching for MTBF value of i.Mx8, but only the MTBF value of i.MX6 was found.

Is there any documents that provides MTBF value for i.MX8?

(e.g. AN4724 - i.MX 6Dual/6Quad and 6DualPlus/6QuadPlus Family Product Lifetime Usage Estimates)
