UART pins condition during power on reset

Hello,

NVCC is a power-up.
POR_B then releases the reset.
It is in the reset state after the power is turned on.
Is the pin in that case undecided?

Hello,

   Use table "Functional Contact Assignments", column "Out of Reset Condition"
of the Datasheet for pin states after power is up, POR is negated.
