Hi, I have been trying to run RTC in mimxrt1060 controller with the help of coin cell battery. The aim is to continue the RTC counter value during the power cycle and for this the coin cell battery is connected to J6 in mimxrt1060 development board.
The problem that is present is once the power is removed then the clock is also getting reset.

How to solve this issue??

Hi Naresh,

Please make sure you are using SDK snvs_lp_srtc driver example code to enable SRTC, the difference between LP and HP RTC is that LP will keep working in snvs mode, and HP RTC will power off in SNVS mode, accessing HP SRTC register is faster than LP.
