Hi,

Does the analog input pin with
   VREFH = 1.8V,
   CSACAL = 1 and
   3V3 GPIO_NVCC mode
need a protection against voltage levels above 1.8V or is a protection for values above 3.96V sufficient?

Hi @ak2 ,

   From the RT1170RM, we can know some information:

But, if you define CSACAL = 1, then it is Full scale (Factor of 1),

So, the input voltage should follow this table:

can't above 1.8V, thanks.

If the CSACAL = 0, you can input 3.3V.
